No one is rewarded more richly in time, space, or beyond, Bliss, than the person who has helped others.
And it matters not whether they helped selflessly or selfishly, for a profit or for free, with an Apple or a Droid.

How I have enjoyed this - I have always tried to remove any motive for helping others other than the reason because I can. Put self aside for just a moment and I can be really supportive and helpful. Sometimes I can offer support because I know that I will feel so fulfilled by doing something regardless of my rush, my desire for privacy, all about me you see. Grr. But I can just do things without motive, or with motive. At least I am doing something for someone else and shoing I care.
